Double J's Collectibles – Refund & Replacement Policy

At Double J's Collectibles, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns for cash, or store credit.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer the following replacement policy:

• Video Game Consoles & Systems: Covered by a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of purchase for hardware defects or failures not caused by accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
• Video Games: Covered by a 7-day replacement guarantee if the game is defective or does not function properly. The replacement will be for the same title whenever possible. If the same title is unavailable, a comparable replacement may be offered at our discretion.

Replacement Requirements

• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Items must be returned with all original accessories, packaging (if applicable), and in the same condition as sold.
• Systems or games showing signs of physical damage, liquid damage, tampering, modification, or misuse are not eligible for replacement.
• Defective items will be tested by our staff before a replacement is issued.
